Founded in 2007, EverValue Consulting Inc. is a Korean management and IT strategy consulting firm specialising in the planning stage of public-sector digital programmes — Information Strategy Planning (ISP), Information System Master Planning (ISMP), Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and Project Management Office (PMO) services.
We have delivered 134 publicly listed engagements between 2007 and 2024 for Korean ministries, public agencies, universities and healthcare institutions. Of these, 21 engagements were in the healthcare domain — which is why Global & Digital Health now stands as one of our four service pillars.

Regulation first, then architecture
In healthcare informatization, statutory requirements, personal data protection and interoperability standards determine whether a programme succeeds. We resolve the regulatory conditions before designing the technical target model.
